The company is looking for an experienced Head of Programs to lead our Programs department — spanning research, strategic communications, monitoring and evaluation, and project management — and to own the operational engine of our client work. You'll help us scale as the company grows and keep the bar high on everything we deliver.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be part of the leadership team shaping the company's direction.

The role is based in Kyiv.

Обов'язки

• leadership of cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners across program portfolio
• ownership of senior client relationships
• advisory on program design and effectiveness measurement
• quality control across all program deliverables
• planning and allocation of resources (people, budgets, vendors)
• establishment and enforcement of operational standards (SOPs, QA checklists, reporting cadence)
• scaling and development of the team through hiring and upskilling

Вимоги

• experience delivering social behavioural change or stratcom programs end-to-end
• experience managing and scaling teams
• proven track record of building and maintaining senior client relationships
• experience in financial management of programs (budgeting, forecasting, margin oversight)
• strong editorial and analytical judgment
• education or experience in Social & Behavioural Sciences, Strategic Communications, or Digital Marketing
• fluent English and Ukrainian
