• manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring highly qualified candidates
• develop and implement HR policies, frameworks, and best practices to support company growth
• collaborate with leadership to define talent needs and build a strong employer brand
• implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and professional development
• oversee onboarding programs to ensure a smooth integration process for new employees
• manage performance management processes, providing continuous feedback and career development opportunities
• ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, proactively addressing HR-related matters
• foster a strong corporate culture aligned with Ark Robotics’s values and mission

Вимоги

• 5+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent management, preferably in the tech or defense industries
• proven ability to scale teams in a fast-growing environment
• deep understanding of recruitment strategies, employee engagement, and best HR practices
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• hands-on experience with HRIS, ATS, and performance management tools
• ability to work effectively in a dynamic, results-driven environment
• experience in the defense, robotics, or high-tech industries — preferred
• knowledge of global hiring processes and compliance requirements — preferred
• background in organizational development and workforce planning — preferred
