Обов'язки

• conduct research and analysis on the actual and potential for the demand and supply side of the emerging social investment market in Ukraine,
• working alongside an international consultant to support Alliance partners to build out their impact investing activities, including but not limited to:
  • helping alliance partners define their investment offer (product, investment terms, target investees)
  • supporting alliance partners to develop effective due diligence and ongoing reporting frameworks
  • ongoing coaching to alliance partners on all aspects of fund management, including pipeline building, fund management, ongoing portfolio management, etc
• provide research support to build the investment case and support the preparation of submissions to potential international funders.
• contribute to a thought paper on the potential for catalytic social finance in Ukraine.
• supporting the sourcing of new investment partners
• responsible for creating a reporting framework for funders and working with alliance partners to deliver timely reports on financial and impact metrics
• attending weekly management meetings with Save the Children and Civic
• reporting to The Possible executive team

Вимоги

• a proven experience in either venture capital or financial services, demonstrating a strong understanding of investment principles and strategies
• a financial background would be considered a valuable asset
• a sincere and genuine interest in impact investment and social finance, showcasing a commitment to making a positive difference in the community
• a strong dedication to the economic development and renewal of Ukraine, with the ability to align investment strategies with the country’s specific needs and opportunities
• fluent in Ukrainian and English
• detail-oriented, process-driven, diligent, values-driven
• excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• skilled in managing quality assurance
• skilled in working with complexity and helping foster alignment and clarity
• digitally savvy
• previous experience working with global teams and cultures

Умови

• based predominantly in Ukraine
• salary to be discussed
• 4 to 5 days a week, compressed hours option available
• willingness to travel
• one-year contract with the intent to renew
