Обов'язки

• participation in the preparation of regionally appropriate training and workshop curriculum to the challenges of media professionals and social communicators in Ukraine
• adaptation, creation and contextualization of digital safety and risk management lessons and methodology
• development of digital and holistic standard operating procedures for programmatic operations
• monitoring and reporting changes and trends in the digital environment in the country and region
• monitoring participants’ learning and performance during trainings/other digital activities

Вимоги

• higher education or experience designing and implementing curriculum for digital safety trainings, preferably in emergency protocols, risk assessment, first aid and safety
• expertise in training programming and curriculum development
• in-depth knowledge of journalism sector and operating environment and media landscape in Ukraine and Eastern Europe region
• openness to learning and adapting training material
• ability to communicate professionally and provide written reporting in Ukrainian and English
• excellent cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills

Умови

• work in Ukraine or Eastern Europe with unrestricted travel availability to Ukraine and the region
• consultancy position with the potential to become a part/full-time hire
