The IT Applications Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering comprehensive on-site and remote IT system support. An ideal candidate for this position is proficient in troubleshooting technical issues, conducting in-depth data analysis to identify root causes, and promptly addressing end-user support requests. Moreover, the role entails collaborating with various teams, including business stakeholders, IT professionals, and external vendors, to identify, analyze, and optimize business processes for automation using RPA technologies.
Based in CRDF Global's Kyiv office, this role extends support to offices in the EE Hub (currently Ukraine and Poland) and Central Asia. The IT Applications Specialist works closely with the ServiceDesk and Systems Administration teams to efficiently resolve client issues and enhance the efficiency of our business systems.

monitor and promptly respond to support tickets
document technical notes for the escalation or resolution of service requests
troubleshoot and resolve hardware, connection, and software issues reported to the Service Desk
collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities within Microsoft 365
design and develop automation solutions using Power Automate, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams
automate repetitive tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
develop and maintain documentation for automation solutions, including workflows, user guides, and training materials
monitor and maintain existing automation solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability
provide technical support and troubleshooting for automation solutions
stay current with industry trends and best practices in Microsoft 365 automation

bachelor's degree in an IT-related field
5 years of desktop support or systems administration experience
proficiency in Windows environments, including desktop builds, fixes, repairs, and software installations
understanding of Azure and AWS cloud environments
ability to independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues
experience with technology lifecycles and refresh processes
outstanding customer service and communication skills
ability to multitask, answer a call, research solutions, exhaust all resources and coordinate support issues to ensure timely solutions
ability to communicate and interact effectively as a member of a team, within a global organization, with multiple levels of internal management and staff
fluency in Ukrainian and English
valid work authorization in Ukraine
experience with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Data Warehouse, Microsoft SQL, Endpoint Management
strong expertise in Power Automate, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams will be an advantage
experience with Microsoft Graph API, Power BI, and other related technologies will be an advantage
knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch will be an advantage
experience working in an international environment will be an advantage
several years of experience in automation architecture, design, and implementation, preferably in complex enterprise environments will be an advantage
experience with process analysis, workflow design, and system integration will be an advantage
proficiency in RPA tools (such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism), programming languages (such as Python or Java), and data integration technologies will be an advantage
experience in building custom APIs using serverless architecture with Azure Functions to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and infrastructure will be an advantage
