Chemonics is an international development consulting firm founded in 1975 that implements International Technical Assistance Projects. The vacancy involves work in the USAID Justice for All (J4A) Activity.

Обов'язки

• provide assistance in the installation of appropriate software and configuration of computer hardware
• conduct analysis of digital tools and develop recommendations and solutions for improvement
• development recommendations and practical solutions for the collection, management, and storage of data
• developing recommendations and digital solutions for an effective workflow and electronic management system, ensuring compliance with existing requirements and standards
• development recommendations on measures, standards, and solutions for information safety in the workplace and electronic record-keeping system
• ensure secure storage of digital files containing sensitive and/or official information with limited access, including personal data
• development of terms of reference (TOR) for the official web page with the PR assistant and legal analyst assistants and overseeing the work of the subcontractor to develop and launch the web page
• perform installation, configuration, and testing of new operating systems, standard and non-standard application software and software updates
• perform security checks and clean potentially infected systems upon request

Вимоги

• diploma in a relevant field
• minimum of three years of relevant experience in digital system`s analysis, development, and implementation of digital solutions, including document management systems and platforms
• excellent oral and written communication skills in Ukrainian. Proficiency in English is an advantage
• in-depth understanding of document management systems and platforms
• deep understanding of security issues and practical solutions in workflow and document management
• analytical and problem-solving skills
• customer and service orientation, ability to work under challenging situations
• team player with a positive attitude and flexibility
• excellent organizational and planning skills
