support regular financial operations, including assisting with partner commission fees, courier billing, and marketing revenue invoicing
assist in preparing and maintaining financial reports, contributing insights on key metrics such as partner commissions, courier costs (CPO), and marketing revenue
provide support to local management by compiling and summarizing data related to revenue streams and courier-related costs
assist with ad revenue billing calculations, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing for marketing activities
monitor overdue partner debts and support Account Managers with data to help reduce outstanding balances
participate in month-end closing activities and support comprehensive financial and management reporting
collaborate with cross-functional teams (Account Management, Qcom, and Operations) to fulfill financial requests and maintain smooth operations
support business process improvement initiatives by assisting with data collection and analysis to reduce errors and improve operational efficiency
Вимоги
bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or final-year student)
1-2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or data analysis (internships or entry-level roles welcome)
basic analytical and computational skills, including familiarity with data entry, accuracy checks, and simple financial calculations
experience with MS Excel and Google Sheets, with an interest in developing reporting and data management skills
interest in ERP systems and accounting software (experience is a plus but not required)
understanding of basic accounting principles and willingness to learn and apply financial operations knowledge
proficiency in written English at an intermediate level (B1) for understanding and interpreting documents and emails
keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning and improving data accuracy
