The institution finances small and medium-sized enterprises to foster further development, create opportunities for income generation, and generate new employment, thus opening up new possibilities to support and grow communities. VisionFund seeks a highly qualified and experienced Lawyer ready to join our team. As the sole specialist in our organization, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with the company’s activities within the legal framework.

Обов'язки

• ensuring compliance of the institution’s activities with the requirements of the National Bank of Ukraine
• development and conduct of legal expertise of contracts, product approvals, standards, procedures, and other internal documents of the institution
• legal support of the institution’s economic activities
• preparation of legal opinions on credit projects of the institution’s clients
• analysis of changes in existing legislation, NBU regulations, judicial practice, etc., forecasting their impact on the company’s activities, and implementing changes in local regulatory acts
• support of external/internal audits of the institution’s activities
• processing of draft regulatory documents, explanations, and correspondence with the NBU and government bodies
• organizing control over the protection of personal data following Ukrainian legislation
• providing consultations on lending, currency legislation, financial monitoring, etc

Вимоги

• university degree in law
• at least 3 years of experience in legal support of financial/banking services
• knowledge of laws and other regulatory acts of Ukraine related to the activities of financial institutions, NBU
• proficiency in MS 365, Liga 360, email programs, etc.
• English language proficiency, at least at the Intermediate level
