OMD Systems – a US-based hardware development company that is working on DefenseTech projects in a newly created Ukraine affiliate company is looking for a Lead Financial Controller to join their team.

Обов'язки

• management of all aspects of accounting, including payroll, invoicing, cost accounting and financial reporting together with external service providers
• development and enforcement of internal financial and accounting policies and procedures
• hiring and management of a team of 1 or 2 people
• preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• maintaining accurate financial records and documentation compliant with legal regulations
• collaboration with external auditors and financial consultants as needed.
• Provide strategic insights based on financial analysis to support business decision-making
• keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation in Ukraine
• conducting regular internal audits to ensure compliance and operational efficiency

Вимоги

• bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting/audit, experience within a Big4 company would be a big advantage
• knowledge of Ukrainian tax law
• proficient in accounting software and Excel
• strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• excellent organisational and time-management abilities
• fluent in Ukrainian and English, both verbal and written
• background with manufacturing companies would be a plus
• accounting or finance certifications such as CPA or equivalent is an advantage
