Swisscontact is a Swiss non-profit organisation focused on private sector-led, sustainable economic development. Active in 130+ projects across 41 countries, it is headquartered in Zurich.
In Ukraine, Swisscontact implements three projects in vocational education (EdUP), SME support in agriculture (Empower AgriWomen), and trade promotion (SIPPO). The EdUP project is expanding to improve technical vocational training for vulnerable groups affected by war — including women, veterans, IDPs, and people with special needs.
The program combines technical skills, apprenticeships, entrepreneurship, life skills, and MHPSS, with flexible, digital learning formats and strong private sector involvement.
