Kyivstar is looking for an M&A Manager to strengthen its team and drive growth in the broadband market.

• identification and execution of M&A opportunities in the broadband market
• financial analysis, company valuations, and risk assessments
• management of the full M&A process (from target sourcing to post-merger integration)
• preparation of presentations, memos, and deal documentation
• coordination of internal and external consultant teams

Вимоги

• experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or venture capital of 3 years or more
• strong analytical and financial skills, including cash flow modelling
• project management experience with multiple stakeholders
• fluency in English
