To accelerate impact, scale presence and keep up with the operational tempo, the company has established Intelic Ukraine as a dedicated operational entity. The team is looking for an exceptional Managing Director (Ukraine) to lead this next chapter.

Обов'язки

• build and lead Intelic Ukraine as a high-performance organization
• own the P&L, hiring plan, team structure, and operational strategy for Ukraine
• expand the partner network by representing Intelic at senior levels with military, government, OEM partners, and major programmes
• act as the commercial face and develop long-term relationships with stakeholders
• identify new growth opportunities and shape Intelic’s roadmap with field-validated insights
• drive high adoption across brigades and units, with high end-user satisfaction and continuous delivery & improvement
• hire, lead, and mentor multidisciplinary teams across CS, Field Engineering, Training, and Operations, growing the team from 5 → 12–25 within a year
• build a culture that is aligned with HQ, focusing on commitment, transparency, and trust
• ensure legal, operational, and security compliance for Intelic Ukraine
• establish transparent reporting lines and effective horizontal working relationships between personnel in Ukraine and the Netherlands

Вимоги

• senior experience in (military) leadership and high tempo operations
• proven ability to run and build organizations that are non-corporate, flat, and effective
• strong experience working with unmanned systems and/or mission-critical C2
• deep understanding of Ukrainian military & government structures
• exceptional stakeholder management: able to operate confidently with commanders, brigades, government, and industry partners
• fluent in English and Ukrainian
• willingness to travel to frontline-adjacent regions, as well as frequent travel to the Netherlands or other countries
• a strong existing network inside Ukrainian Defence Forces or UAV-focused innovation communities (including the whole defense industry) is desirable
