The company is an international technology startup developing cutting-edge solutions for defense. The team of talented engineers is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer for working on critical projects related to airspace security and protection.

Обов'язки

• liaison between manufacturing and engineering organizations
• design of efficient production workflows and layouts to reduce cycle times, waste, and operational costs
• support for the local manufacturing team and acting as the primary escalation point for technical issues
• feedback provision and implementation of process and design improvements
• leadership or support in the introduction of new products, production technologies, or process changes
• design and development of test fixtures and jigs to support manufacturing
• training of production staff on new manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety protocols

Вимоги

• bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a closely related field
• minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience
• very good professional English
• in-depth experience working with electromechanical products
• experience with CAD software (SolidWorks is a plus)
• familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Six Sigma principles
• experience with engineering change management and implementation
• adaptability to resets and changes in a fast-paced R&D environment
• experience with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) or Design for Assembly (DFA) principles
• expertise in rapid prototyping (nice to have)
• knowledge of ERP systems (nice to have)
• experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies for project management (nice to have)
