Обов'язки

• development and implementation of market research strategies to identify new solutions in the Military Tech and Defence Tech sectors
• competitor analysis and assessment of potential threats to evaluate market opportunities and risks
• collaboration with Product Owners to integrate research insights into product development processes
• leadership of a team of market research specialists, ensuring their professional growth and efficiency
• preparation of analytical reports and presentations for company leadership
• initiation and oversight of the procurement process for competitive solutions to facilitate further analysis
• establishment and maintenance of a knowledge database of market and competitor insights

Вимоги

• bachelor’s degree in business analytics, project management, marketing, or a related field
• experience in a leadership role in market research, business analytics, or product management — preferably within the Military Tech or Defence Tech sectors
• strong analytical and research skills
• excellent communication and presentation abilities
• ability to work in an uncertain and rapidly changing environment
• knowledge of current technologies and trends in Military Tech and Defence Tech will be an advantage
• proficiency in English at level not lower than B1

• schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
