Обов'язки

• planning webinars and other events in advance (4-8 weeks)
• creating a strong sales funnel from a niche of events and webinars
• overseeing the technical delivery and smooth operation of webinars
• remotely hosting webinars, including introducing the event, managing Q&A/polls, and supporting the speaker
• communicating with speakers in advance of each webinar regarding on-the-day logistics, required support, and presentation materials
• managing the online webinar booking/registration process
• coordinating webinar reminders and communications
• responding to website technical queries regarding webinar bookings
• providing post-event support including attendance reports, edit recordings, etc.
• monitoring webinar uptake and demand
• building a strong working relationship with other teams

Вимоги

• successful experience in delivering and hosting webinars
• confidence in speaking publicly and introducing online events to a large audience
• vision of effectively engaging customers through events, possessing sales techniques
• proven project-management and event-management skills
• excellent communication and collaborative skills
• ability to work without supervision and an instinct for prioritization under a busy workload
• positive attitude with plenty of energy and enthusiasm
• excellent time management skills
• proficiency in English at a level not lower than Intermediate
• understanding Polish will be an advantage
