ARX Robotics is a dual-use technology company specializing in the development of autonomous unmanned systems and sensors for the European defense sector. Unmanned ground systems and sensors support NATO armies and civilian first responders by providing training and critical information to enhance decision-making and operational effectiveness in high-stakes situations. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and integration of electrical systems for our robots. You will be responsible for component selection, electrical integration of sensors and payloads, as well as developing and testing prototypes to optimize system performance and transition to production.

• system design and development – defining requirements and designing electrical systems
• component and supplier qualification – selecting and qualifying components
• sensor and payload integration – implementing electrical integration into robotic systems
• prototype development and testing – building and testing prototypes for validation
• team collaboration – working closely with mechanical, software, and systems teams
• documentation – creating and maintaining technical documentation, assisting with certifications

Вимоги

• experience in maintaining electromechanical systems and interpreting technical documentation
• proficiency in diagnosing and replacing electrical components, including wiring, sensors, and motors, using diagnostic tools (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes)
• 4+ years of experience in the field
• strong understanding and safe handling of high-voltage (100V) systems, with knowledge of relevant safety standards
• skills in soldering, assembling components, and working with embedded systems interfacing with electromechanical systems
• familiarity with battery management systems for maintenance and fault diagnosis (a plus)
• ability to document procedures and effectively communicate technical findings and customer feedback to an English-speaking team
• strong problem-solving, organizational skills, and attention to detail, with adherence to precise protocols
• proactive communicator, willing to work in a young, multicultural team, with strong English proficiency
