• development of high-performance data preprocessing pipelines for audio data
• training and fine-tuning models for speech recognition and speaker verification
• optimization of models for edge devices using techniques like distillation, quantization, and pruning
• contribution to technical reports, documenting innovative approaches and achievements
• collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions

Вимоги

• bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, physics, applied mathematics, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience with Python, C, or C++ for software development
• 4+ years of experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX for deep learning, especially in audio processing
• hands-on experience training and deploying neural networks for audio and speech processing
• proficiency with Linux and command-line tools, including confidence in upgrading CUDA drivers
• experience with AWS, GCP, or other cloud service providers
• knowledge of English (intermediate level) and Ukrainian
• experience with distributed data processing and training in multi-node, multi-GPU environments
• familiarity with self-supervised and semi-supervised learning
• familiarity with ML experiment management tools such as MLflow or Weights & Biases
• academic and/or R&D background
