NATO Strategic Defense Procurement Review (SDPR) Coordinator

    Alinea International is looking for a NATO Strategic Defense Procurement Review (SDPR) Coordinator to support the implementation of defence reforms in Ukraine.
    Alinea International is an international development consultancy providing technical and management expertise that helps people improve their lives. The organization has been contracted by the UK Government to support defence reforms in Ukraine in cooperation with the Ministry of Defence, civil society and international partners.
    The Coordinator will support the effective functioning of the thematic working groups of the NATO Strategic Defence Procurement Review by coordinating stakeholders, maintaining documentation, supporting planning and reporting processes, and contributing to the implementation of defence reforms.

Обов'язки

  • contribution to the development, planning, analysis, evaluation and prioritization of deliverables, documents and requirements
  • organization and coordination of working group meetings
  • preparation of meeting agendas, materials and minutes
  • maintenance of registers of decisions, instructions and action items
  • monitoring of assigned tasks and agreed deadlines
  • preparation of official documents, letters and other working materials
  • maintenance and updating of project documentation
  • record keeping and systematization of working materials and documents
  • preparation of status updates and implementation reports
  • contribution to overall SDPR planning and implementation
  • communication with public authorities, international partners and other stakeholders

Вимоги

  • master's degree, preferably in business administration, law, international relations or another relevant field
  • project management training or certification will be an advantage
  • at least 2 years of experience in administration, coordination or project management
  • experience organizing meetings and maintaining project documentation
  • experience working with large volumes of information and document management
  • ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
  • diplomatic communication skills and ability to work across institutional environments
  • strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • knowledge of project or task management software will be an advantage
  • experience in public administration and/or international development projects will be an advantage
  • fluency in Ukrainian
  • English proficiency at B1 level or higher

Умови

  • location: Kyiv, Ukraine (on-site)
  • reporting to the Workstream Lead embedded within the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine
  • consultancy engagement with potential transition to full-time employment
  • workload of approximately 18 days per month until 31 August 2026 with possible extension
  • remuneration negotiated individually according to market rates
