Обов'язки
- providing medical care for Mission employees and their eligible family members under MED-approved clinical guidelines
- maintaining and inventorying all medical equipment and supplies
- implementing a robust vaccination program
- organizing and delivering group and individual health education programs
- planning and preparing for medical emergencies within the Mission
- working in the Medical Unit under the supervision of the Regional Medical Officer (RMO) or Medical Provider (MP)
Вимоги
- degree or diploma/certificate in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing
- valid nursing license or unrestricted Registered Nursing license from the host nation, country of origin, or the U.S.
- at least 2 years of professional nursing experience after obtaining qualifications
- critical thinking skills and understanding of MED policies regarding medical evacuations, hospitalizations, and insurance reimbursement methods
- current knowledge of local and regional medical services for all acuity levels, including specialists and hospitals
- strong interpersonal skills and a client-oriented disposition
- ability to handle complex interactions in challenging and emotional situations
- proficiency in Microsoft Word
- good working knowledge of English (reading, writing, speaking)
- fluency in Ukrainian (reading, writing, speaking)
