Open Minds Institute (OMI) is a think & do tank fighting authoritarianism, propaganda, and measuring the effectiveness of counter-influence communication campaigns. The organization is committed to fostering an environment of critical thinking and open-mindedness, to counter the spread of misleading narratives that escalate hatred and conflicts. OMI works closely with the think tanks and government units of Ukraine, EU, USA, UK, and other NATO members. Обов'язки

• build a profound research strategy
• manage OMI research department, set goals, track quality of research projects
• build a stack of methods, frameworks, and tools to analyze and interpret data, identifying patterns, trends, and insights
• manage the production of research reports based on data findings
• collaborate with a diverse team of experts, contributing to the development and implementation of strategies to organization’s activities

Вимоги

• PhD in Sociology, Social Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Data Science or similar fields
• 5+ years of relevant academic experience
• 3+ years of management experience
• experience in designing and managing the execution of research projects
• strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• C1 or higher in written and spoken English
• proficiency in using statistical software and data visualization tools (Excel, SPSS, Python, R)
• experience in leading teams and working on projects related to communications, social change, threat & disinfo detection will be an advantage
