Open Minds Institute (OMI) is a think & do tank fighting authoritarianism, propaganda, and measuring the effectiveness of counter-influence communication campaigns. Обов'язки

• design and conduct social experiments (RCTs, polls, social media experiments)
• analyze and interpret data using various statistical techniques, identifying patterns, trends, and insights
• create comprehensive written reports based on data findings, presenting clear and actionable recommendations to the team/external stakeholders
• collaborate with a diverse team of experts, contributing to the development and implementation of strategies

Вимоги

• MA/PhD degree in Sociology, Social Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Data Science or similar fields
• proven experience in designing and conducting social experiments, polls
• strong and analytical and data interpretation skills
• C1 or higher in written and spoken English
• proficiency in using statistical software and data visualization tools (Excel, SPSS, Python, R)
• experience of working on projects related to communications, social change, threat & disinfo detection will be an advantage
