Обов'язки

  • develop and manage the annual budget in collaboration with the Executive Director and program heads
  • oversee financial planning, reporting, and analysis to ensure the financial health and sustainability of the organization
  • ensure compliance with all financial regulations and guidelines
  • prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports for the Board of Directors, donors, and other stakeholders
  • manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and grant reporting
  • lead the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors
  • oversee the daily operations of the organization, including program management, procurement and administrative functions
  • develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to operations and human resources
  • oversee risk management and implement strategies to mitigate operational risks
  • manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services
  • work closely with program managers to develop program plans, set goals, and monitor progress
  • oversee the implementation and management of all programs to ensure they are delivered effectively and efficiently
  • ensure that program activities comply with donor requirements and organizational standards
  • facilitate communication between program staff, ensuring alignment and coordination
  • work with the Executive Director and Board of Directors to develop and implement the organization’s strategic plan
  • provide financial, operational, and programmatic insights to support strategic decision-making
  • monitor progress towards strategic goals and recommend adjustments as needed

Вимоги

  • bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
  • minimum of 2 years of experience in finance and operations management, preferably in the non-profit sector
  • proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis
  • strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance requirements
  • excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
