Обов'язки

• recruit and train Glovers (couriers)
• implement processes and optimize strategies for attracting and retaining Glovers
• solve problems and provide support to Glovers
• maintain documentation and contracts for Glovers
• handle procurement, ensuring all Glovers receive their work kits and are ready to spread the Glovo brand
• manage planning, general administration, and KPI analysis
• communicate effectively with the local operations manager regarding processes and customer support operations

Вимоги

• at least 1 year of relevant work experience
• communication skills and the ability to solve problems quickly
• high motivation to work in a fast-growing startup
• an analytical mindset
• proficiency in Excel
• enjoyment in teaching and adapting new employees
• good energy and passion for your work, even on challenging days
• intermediate or higher level of English proficiency
