• provide analytical support regarding partner operations metrics to the country Partner Operations Manager
• perform data analysis to derive insights for improving partner performance, reducing preparation time, acceptance time, waiting time, and decreasing negative ratings
• gather insights from local operations (partners, customers, and glovers) and collaborate with stakeholders to drive operational improvements
• collect necessary data to analyze partner issues and develop actionable recommendations
• develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, working closely with Account Managers to ensure high levels of service
• work effectively with cross-functional teams to align on strategies and solutions
• proactively manage issues, identifying potential delays or problems and alerting the Partner Operations Team for swift resolution

Вимоги

• at least 2 years of relevant work experience
• a passion for analytics and the ability to dive deep into data to uncover root causes
• high level of ownership and accountability in your work
• data-driven mindset with a strong understanding of key metrics like KPI and OKR
• strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenges of any size
• proficiency in Google Spreadsheets/Excel
• familiarity with Jira and Confluence
• upper-intermediate English level
• good communication and presentation skills
