• analysis of data to generate actionable insights aimed at improving operational metrics such as: preparation time, acceptance time, waiting time, reduction of negative ratings
• provision of analytical support on partner operations metrics to the country Partner Operations Manager
• collaboration with Account Managers and internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery through data-driven solutions
• identification of key trends and insights, presenting findings to relevant stakeholders to inform strategic decisions
• close collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and align strategies that enhance operational efficiency

Вимоги

• relevant work experience of at least 2 years
• strong analytical skills with a passion for uncovering the root causes of issues
• high level of ownership and the ability to work independently and take responsibility
• data-driven mindset with a deep understanding of metrics like KPI and OKR
• problem-solving skills, with no challenge being too small or too large to address
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• project management skills, with a knack for organization and attention to detail
• proactive approach to issue management, identifying and resolving potential delays or challenges
• an empathetic, inclusive, and curious attitude towards your work and colleagues
• proficiency in Google Spreadsheets/Excel
• SQL and Looker knowledge (must)
• English language skills at the Upper Intermediate level
