The Partnership Coordinator will represent the project in the Chernihiv region and report to the Project Manager about activities and outcomes.

facilitating project implementation and contributing to developing program activities in targeted areas
engaging potential partners, event participants, and other stakeholders in the program activities
supporting tracking systems and tools to monitor implementation progress and performance, regularly updating these systems and tools
maintaining and drafting key management and reporting documents, managing program and project data, supporting document flow, and sharing knowledge and information
developing proposals for the project’s development considering agribusiness trends in Ukraine, particularly in the Chernihiv region
liaising with relevant government agencies, civil sector actors, relevant projects, private sector partners, and other key stakeholders to ensure coordination, synergy, and smooth project implementation
participating in local, regional, and other efforts to improve service delivery and program effectiveness
setting goals for improving the quality of services provided, facilitating quality improvement, and ensuring partners’ and participants’ satisfaction to enhance service delivery
performing other duties as assigned
Вимоги
master’s degree or equivalent in agribusiness, agricultural economy, business development, farm management, or related fields
at least 3 years of experience in skills development, entrepreneurship promotion, and/or agribusiness activities, particularly in field positions
good understanding of the agricultural sector in Ukraine and Chernihiv region, including agribusiness development, main trends, challenges, and stakeholders
strong skills and experience in collaborating with different stakeholders (government agencies, civil sector actors, and private sector partners)
excellent Ukrainian language skills (spoken and written), strong English language skills
advanced computer skills in MS 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
ability to handle stress in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment and maintain composure in challenging situations
integrity, strong self-awareness, and ability to foster teamwork

employment start: 1st of April 2025 or by agreement
contract duration: 1 year, with an option for renewal
