The job is to help a social media influencer (Dimko Zhluktenko) to spread a pro-Ukrainian narrative in English-speaking social media. For Dimko, it all started as the personal shitposting account, which gained a lot of traction and already resulted in over $2.000.000 raised for Ukrainian defenders. Now Dimko needs help with this as some changes are coming to his life that will prevent him from being terminally online, but there is still a big potential in the pro-Ukrainian English-speaking space that needs to be used for the good of Ukraine. The job is to realize that potential.

Обов'язки

• develop, coordinate, publish, and optimize social media content for a personal page across various social media platforms, starting with Twitter, LinkedIn, Mastodon, and Bluesky
• monitor and analyze audience feedback, social media trends, and web analytics
• improve content based on vibes and analytics
• push pro-Ukraine narratives over social media, voiced by Ukrainians
• create memes to engage the audience
• create thought-out opinion write-ups based on vaguely defined topics to retain followers
• occasionally fundraise through available social media resources to make an impact on Ukrainian defenders

Вимоги

• huge knowledge about the Russo-Ukrainian War and international relations
• strong desire for Ukraine to win
• C1 English level
• fluency in Ukrainian
• strong time management and commitment management skills
• excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• extensive understanding of English-speaking pro-Ukraine Twitter and at least one other social media platform such as Reddit, LinkedIn, or another
• proficiency in Google Suite, video editing and caption tools, Figma, and other relevant instruments
• experience working with personal profiles is a plus
