Razom is a U.S.-based nonprofit organization founded in 2014 in New York in response to the Revolution of Dignity. Since its beginning, Razom has united Ukrainians and friends of Ukraine in the United States and around the world to support the country’s democratic development, human rights, and resilience.
Today, Razom implements humanitarian, educational, and advocacy programs that save lives, strengthen local community capacity, and build global support for Ukraine. The organization works closely with partners in both the U.S. and Ukraine, ensuring transparent and effective assistance where it is needed most.

end-to-end project management of a portfolio of health-focused projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
support proposal development and donor reporting throughout the project cycle
coordination of donor deliverables preparation, including narrative reports, work plans, and financial inputs
tracking project budgets in collaboration with the finance team and monitoring spending
coordination of project-related agreements and documentation with partners and stakeholders
maintaining relationships with hospitals, government partners, NGOs, and other stakeholders
collaboration with MEAL colleagues on monitoring plans and reporting
close coordination with the Procurement Team on procurement planning and delivery timelines
support for communications content, including project updates and success stories
providing project management support across additional Razom Health initiatives when needed
Вимоги
5+ years of project management experience, preferably in health programs or humanitarian response
experience implementing projects in Ukraine and working with diverse stakeholders
strong experience with donor-funded projects, reporting, and compliance
experience working with government institutions and international partners will be an advantage
strong organizational and communication skills
ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
willingness to travel within Ukraine and internationally when required
fluent Ukrainian and English
