PR Army is an independent non-profit organization of Ukrainian communication experts sharing the truth about the Russian war against Ukraine with the global community and building a proven image of Ukraine as a democratic and independent European country. The vacancy involves work in project “Cost of War” that is a global advocacy and communication campaign launched by PR Army of Ukraine with support of international partners to limit Russia’s ability to produce advanced weaponry and be a threat to democratic world.

Обов'язки

• building new partnerships within the US and EU to advocate for policy changes as well as nurturing relationships with existing partners in the US, EU and Ukrainian representatives there for better alignment
• promote the policy changes & sanction enforcement and work for its implementation within the EU and US together with partners from Independent Diplomats (lawyers) and other NGOs, create recommendations to the legislations, resolutions, etc.
• prepare presentations, white papers and talking points in support of GR activities and directly present to both internal and external audiences
• organize meetings with potential partners, brief them on the topic of sanction enforcement according to the campaign’s strategy, initiate joint promo activities
• create a map of stakeholders and track their activities for alignment and cooperation
• update calendar of relevant events (hearings, conferences, round tables etc.) and propose ideas for promoting project agenda
• monitor regulators activities in the US and EU (OFAC, SEC, European Commission and others) in order to draft suggestions and plan media campaigns to advocate strict sanction enforcement and push for policy change for dual-use technologies, i.e. CNC machines export control, disclosure of russian assets and cut ties with russian market

Вимоги

• higher education degree (economics or law will be an advantage)
• work experience in the field of GR and advocacy, familiarity with the problems of legal regulation of lobbying in the EU and the USA
• relevant experience in international donor projects, NGOs engaged in the protection of economic freedoms, policy analysis, legislation and/or other relevant field
• ability to organize the work process quickly and efficiently
• ability to collect and analyze information in accordance with the goals and objectives of the project
• excellent communication skills, ability to attract partners
