Established in 2022 in Ukraine, amid escalating threats from authoritarian regimes, OpenMinds now spans 20 team members across 4 countries, operating at the intersection of behavioural sciences, machine learning, cultural anthropology, and national security. OpenMinds is trusted by NATO-member governments and leading research centers. Organisation looking for a talented and dedicated PR manager to create the public perception strategy & build strong relationships with key Western media outlets and forums, helping showcase activities. PR Manager will play a pivotal role in our communication efforts, crafting messages that resonate with diverse audiences worldwide. Your work will not only involve the strategic aspect of PR, but also the creative side, where you will develop authentic, innovative, and impactful ways to communicate a message of OpenMinds.

Обов'язки

• develop and execute PR strategies to build strong relationships with key Western media outlets, amplifying the reach and impact of Open Minds Institute's initiatives
• create engaging and insightful articles that showcase our organization's activities, achievements, and thought leadership in fighting propaganda and disinformation, securing placements in influential media outlets
• boost OpenMinds presence on social media platforms, leveraging creative campaigns and engaging content to increase awareness and foster a growing community of supporters
• collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities for synergistic PR efforts, maximizing exposure and enhancing our organization's reputation
• analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine strategies, identify trends, and continuously improve the impact of our outreach efforts

Вимоги

• BA/MA degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Humanities, Social Sciences, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 2 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or related fields
• excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1+)
• excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
