• Design and refine structured assembly processes to ensure efficiency and stability
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance productivity
• Develop workstation layouts, tooling requirements, and material flow processes to improve efficiency
• Develop and implement quality control processes to minimize defects and ensure product reliability
• Create inspection checklists and testing procedures for subassemblies and final products
• Collaborate with the Production Lead and Supply Chain Team to maintain quality standards across the supply chain
• Define and monitor KPIs for production efficiency, defect rates, and rework costs
• Track cycle times, material usage, and waste to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Work with the Production Lead to develop cost-control strategies without compromising quality
• Develop detailed assembly instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Ensure that all production documentation is structured for seamless transfer to OEM manufacturers during global expansion
• Coordinate with the Production Lead and Assembly Trainer to standardize procedures for new employees

Вимоги

• Proven experience in manufacturing process optimization, workflow design, and quality control
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and eliminate inefficiencies in the production line
• Knowledge of cost control strategies and performance tracking
• Ability to create clear and detailed documentation for training and process standardization
• Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably Odoo) for tracking production efficiency and material consumption
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills to work with Production, R&D, and Supply Chain teams
• Experience in autonomous systems, robotics, or defense industry is a plus
