Swisscontact is expanding its presence in Ukraine with the BLOOM project, which supports war-affected communities by strengthening food security and livelihoods through Market Systems Development (MSD). The company is looking for a Procurement Specialist to manage purchases of goods and services in line with donor rules and project needs — ensuring transparency, efficiency, and timely delivery of inputs critical to the success of initiatives.

Обов'язки

• procurement processes in the project in line with Swisscontact’s regulations and donor requirements
• establishment and implementation of necessary rules and guidelines based on Swisscontact’s rules and operations manuals
• diligence of subcontractors, partner organizations, and suppliers
• maintenance of a document management system, both in paper and electronic form, for project procurement

Вимоги

• bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, law, or business administration
• experience in the administration field (procurement, logistics) of 5 years or more
• experience with donor-funded projects preferred
• strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
• ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• excellent Ukrainian skills, good understanding of English is considered an asset (written & spoken)
• honest person of integrity, demonstrating ethical behaviour in all aspects of work

Умови

• work in Kyiv, with regular visits to the implementation regions (Kharkiv, Mykolaiv)
• 12 months contract duration, starting in June 2025, with possibility of extension (subject to further FCDO funding)
