The client is an international technology startup developing cutting-edge solutions for defense. The company is seeking a highly skilled Production Manager (or Manufacturing Manager) to join a team of talented engineers working on critical projects related to airspace security and protection.

• management of local manufacturing partner
• ensuring materials availability to support the production plan
• sourcing and onboarding local suppliers
• troubleshooting and resolving local supply chain issues
• coordination of logistics and materials movement
• escalation of manufacturing and materials-related issues through appropriate channels
• management of in-house manufacturing team members and conflict resolution
• support for local team expansion and growth
• facilities and equipment maintenance management
• establishment and optimization of manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics processes
• planning and procurement of production materials

Вимоги

• experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment of 5 years or more
• experience in leadership roles within manufacturing or supply chain of 3 years or more
• knowledge of manufacturing processes (kitting, work orders, in-process quality control, etc.)
• familiarity with engineering change processes
• excellent communication skills and fluency in professional English
• knowledge of MRP/ERP systems
• ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced R&D environment
• mindset for bringing structure and clarity in dynamic contexts
• bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related field will be an advantage
• experience ramping production of consumer electronics products will be an advantage
• understanding of NPI (New Product Introduction) phase gate requirements will be an advantage
