The Project Associate, Counterproliferation will provide administrative support and complete project-related tasks for a team implementing counter proliferation programming, specifically focused on cybersecurity, supporting international nonproliferation norms and countering malign proliferator state influence and aggression.

supporting research, planning, and organizational tasks for cybersecurity programming
assisting Project Leads in collaborating with subject matter experts to design, develop, and implement in-person and online counterproliferation-related trainings, events, and capacity-building programs
providing administrative support for programs, including budget tracking, materials development, and internal and external communication
drafting correspondence and communicating with stakeholders, including funders, subject matter experts, and Ukrainian and international partners in academia, public, and private sectors to coordinate activities
preparing documents such as memos, meeting notes, event readouts, project reports, and evaluation reports
overseeing document and information management to ensure records and databases, including electronic and physical files, are current and complete
supporting program or organization-wide initiatives
assisting other programs and staff, as required
traveling within Ukraine and internationally as appropriate
performing other duties as assigned
Вимоги
bachelor’s degree in a related field
2+ years of progressively responsible work experience in managing donor-funded programming
ability to work in a collaborative environment with multiple internal and external stakeholders
flexibility and adaptability to change
excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
strong written and oral communication skills
teamwork and interpersonal skills
professional fluency in English and Ukrainian
Ukraine work authorization
experience working in donor-funded projects, especially for the U.S. government or multilateral institutions will be an advantage
experience working with a non-profit organization will be an advantage
background, knowledge, or familiarity with counterproliferation, cybersecurity, and critical infrastructure protection fields will be an advantage
experience in qualitative research and data analysis will be an advantage
