Project Associate (EURACE)

We are a recognized leader in strategic capacity building programs that combine technical expertise with flexible, locally driven solutions across the areas of CBRNE security and non-proliferation, global health, strategic trade controls, cybersecurity, innovation, and international professional exchanges.
- The Project Associate for Cybersecurity portfolio will support the implementation of a range of capacity-building activities aimed at enhancing cybersecurity capabilities in Ukraine.
Обов'язки
- supporting research, planning, and organizational tasks for cybersecurity programming
- assisting in preparation, development, and conducting technical events (e.g., TTXs, coordination sessions, workshops)
- providing administrative support for programs, including budget tracking, materials development, and internal and external communication
- conducting research and tracking current trends in the field of cybersecurity
- drafting reports and correspondence for funders, grantees, and consultants
- overseeing document and information management to ensure records and databases, including electronic and physical files, are current and complete
- supporting program or practice-area-wide initiatives
- assisting other programs and staff, as required
- traveling within Ukraine and internationally as appropriate
- performing other duties as assigned
Вимоги
- at least 2 years of relevant experience in supporting donor-funded programs
- bachelor’s degree in a related field
- ability to work in a collaborative environment with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- flexibility and adaptability to change
- excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- strong written and oral communication skills
- teamwork and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in both English and Ukrainian
- Ukraine work authorization
- experience working in donor-funded projects, especially for the U.S. government or multilateral institutions, will be an advantage
- experience working with an international non-profit organization, will be an advantage
- background, knowledge, or familiarity with cybersecurity trends, will be an advantage
Умови
- office in Kyiv, city center (metro station Pecherska)
- hybrid work schedule (working hours 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.)
