INNOV8 — is an innovation and entrepreneurship center, founded to develop the technological ecosystem in Ukraine in 2023. The center helps potential and existing entrepreneurs create and scale startups and technology businesses.As part of the INNOV8 projects, you will organize workshops, mentorship sessions, communication, and training for a broader audience on deep tech startup acceleration.

The Digital & Deep Tech Accelerator Booster is a 12-week program (by INNOV8 within the framework of the program Seeds of Bravery) for seasoned deep tech and digital startups aimed at helping them accelerate their production and processes.

Обов'язки

Project Engagement :

• develop and maintain comprehensive project timelines, work plans, monitoring and evaluation plans, and regular reports, ensuring alignment with program objectives and milestones
• manage day-to-day implementation of the program in coordination with the INNOV8 team
• ensure organization and implementation of training sessions, meetings, workshops, and events within the program
• coordinate tasks and resources within the team, tracking progress and addressing any issues that arise
• maintain clear communication channels among team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• oversee budget allocation and expenditure, ensuring resources are utilized efficiently
• undertake other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Community Engagement :

• cultivate and maintain relationships with program participants, mentors, and stakeholders
• act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, feedback, and support throughout the program duration
• facilitate community-building activities, including online forums, group discussions, and networking events
• coordinate with mentors and industry experts to provide guidance and support to program participants
• develop and implement strategies to enhance participant engagement and satisfaction

Вимоги

• relevant Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• ability to demonstrate a keen interest in innovations and the entrepreneurship ecosystem of Ukraine
• work experience in a related field and an understanding of the innovative landscape in Ukraine is preferred
• strong analytical skills
• ability to work in an organized manner, meet deadlines, and work in a team
• donor-funded project experience is a plus
• language fluency in Ukrainian and English (B2+) for communication with global partners
• strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others
• understanding and desire to develop the Ukrainian business & tech community will be a plus
• ability to adapt to changing priorities will be a plus
• demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and inspire others will be a plus
• strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively will be a plus
• compliance with organizational values and a critical approach to information will be a plus
