Обов'язки

• lead day-to-day project execution by leading teams of 2-3 people, proactively managing resources and time, creating valid methodologies for analysis, effectively leading teams in brainstorming sessions, and guiding analysis
• contribute to company development both locally and internationally
• perform desk research, conduct interviews, data analysis and trends
• create societal impact through qualitative studies, sectoral or public policy strategy, policy recommendations, analysis of stakeholders and best foreign practices, cost-benefit analysis of policy choices and public policy normative document analysis
• lead problem-solving sessions (both internal and external), suggest and justify problem-solving methods and solutions
• participate in local and international tenders with high-quality proposals to build a portfolio of impactful projects in the public sector
• synthesise your findings into reports

Вимоги

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Politics, Public Finance or a related subject
• 3-4 years of working experience in a public sector organization or with public sector clients
• advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills

• working proficiency in the English language, ready to use it as your main working language, both verbal and written
• proficiency level of the Ukrainian language
