Обов'язки

• support of day-to-day delivery across multiple projects
• analysis of current workflows and development of effective processes: planning, prioritisation, status tracking, reviews, and syncs
• establishment of clear work cycles from task definition to acceptance
• implementation of tools and practices that keep teams organised (Jira, Confluence, tracking dashboards)
• improvement of communication between engineering, testing, production, and leadership
• early identification and resolution of blockers
• maintenance of up-to-date project plans including timelines, priorities, risks, and dependencies
• standardisation of documentation and support of consistent information flows
• driving continuous improvement by simplifying processes and removing friction

Вимоги

• 4+ years of experience in project or delivery management
• strong process mindset with the ability to build structure without unnecessary bureaucracy
• experience managing several projects in parallel
• understanding of technical or R&D team workflows (hardware/software experience is a plus)
• ability to organise information clearly and make it easy for teams to follow
• strong planning, prioritisation, and communication skills
• English and Ukrainian — confident working proficiency
• proactive attitude and strong sense of ownership
• experience in hardware, robotics, aerospace, defence, or other complex engineering environments will be an advantage
• experience setting up Jira/Confluence and project workflows from scratch will be an advantage
• background in PMO or building processes in growing teams will be an advantage

• location: Kyiv, Ukraine
• employment: official employment under Ukrainian legislation, with the possibility of military reservation (subject to applicable regulations)
