Techosystem is an open union of the Ukrainian tech ecosystem stakeholders focusing on startups, scaleups, and investors. The purpose of the union is to support and develop Ukrainian startups and scaleups, as well as increase the amount of investments in the Ukrainian ecosystem. The dynamic Techosystem community unites active representatives of the tech ecosystem. It creates a powerful environment for the development and collaboration of union members, and invites you to participate in this process. Techosystem is currently looking for a Cluster Development Manager to join team.

Обов'язки

• joint coordination of Union’s product clusters with the Senior Project Manager:
  • Healthcare
  • Education
  • Human Resources
  • Energy & Environment
  • Agrifood
• new product clusters launch, including preparing roadmaps
• managing relations and communications among companies within clusters
• regular communication with cluster leaders, including 1:1 meetings
• organization of monthly meetings for cluster participants and cluster leaders
• development and implementation of product clusters strategy
• project planning, execution, and monitoring within clusters
• communication and partnership building with key stakeholders
• preparation of internal and external reports

Вимоги

• proven project management experience, preferably in tech or one of the relevant sectors
• strong planning and organizational skills
• ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• fluency in English and Ukrainian
• motivation to make input into Ukrainian tech ecosystem development
• excellent communication skills
• English – B2+
• entrepreneurial or startup experience will be an advantage
• experience in managing project budgets will be an advantage
• previous work at an NGO or with grant programs will be an advantage

Умови

• full-time
• hybrid work format: online with team meetings in Kyiv
• the Union formalizes relations with employees as private entrepreneurs (FOP)
• vacation: 20 calendar days per year covered by the company
• reporting to the CEO of the organization
