A humanitarian aid organization based in Germany, is looking for a highly professional candidate to fill the position of Project Management Consultant. This position is open to freelancers located in Ukraine.

Обов'язки

• coordination of work between local project partners and international project leadership to ensure successful project implementation
• acting as the point of contact for project partners in Ukraine, providing necessary support
• participation in the development of new project areas, phases, and strategic directions in collaboration with the development department under the guidance of the project coordinator
• leading field visits and monitoring project implementation in coordination with local partners
• attendance at conferences, events, and meetings with key stakeholders in Ukraine
• ensuring the project provides visibility materials and opportunities for the communications department
• attendance at project and organizational group meetings, with possible visits to the HQ in Berlin
• facilitating data collection and analysis for program evaluation and monitoring

Вимоги

• academic background in fields relevant to humanitarian or development projects
• previous experience with projects related to Ukraine is a must
• experience in leadership and team management
• full alignment with the organization’s values and goals
• ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with others, showing strong communication skills and constructive engagement
• solution-oriented mindset, capable of addressing challenges calmly and seeing opportunities for growth
• fluency in Ukrainian and English (additional languages will be an advantage)
• ability to travel freely within and outside of Ukraine
• registered economic activity in Ukraine and listed in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individuals-Entrepreneurs, and Public Formations of Ukraine
