An international technology startup, focused on developing cutting-edge solutions for defense, is seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Manager. The successful candidate will join a team of experienced engineers working on mission-critical projects in the field of airspace security and protection.

• championing, owning, and driving quality culture and processes
• developing and implementing quality best practices and standards with immediate value impact
• developing and monitoring quality metrics and KPIs to track product performance, quality trends, and defect rates
• managing incoming material inspections, in-process inspections, and final product inspections
• leading root cause analysis (RCA) efforts for product failures, defects, or non-conformities
• identifying and driving corrective and preventive actions cross-functionally
• managing supplier quality performance in collaboration with external vendors
• preparing and presenting quality performance reports, including product status, risks, and improvements

Вимоги

• BS degree in mechanical, industrial, manufacturing engineering or similar field
• relevant industry experience of 5 years or more
• strong command of professional English
• experience with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing principles
• ability to create and manage a corrective/preventive action process from scratch
• experience with engineering change management and implementation
• adaptability to changes in a fast-paced R&D environment
• strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
• experience with CAD software (e.g., SOLIDWORKS) will be an advantage
• familiarity with ERP and PLM systems will be an advantage
• experience with electrical testing equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, power analyzers) will be an advantage
