Beetroot team is looking for an RF Engineer to help their client enhance their product in military technology (miltech). You will work with a software and robotics company specializing in robotic solutions for demining territories. This role involves integrating the client’s solutions with various radio systems and developing in-house standard radio kits.

• develop and integrate secure, high-performance communication and signal processing systems for military applications
• work with radio communications
• implement anti-jamming, encryption, and interference mitigation techniques to ensure robust and secure communications
• collaborate closely with clients to integrate solutions with their existing radio communication systems
• lead the design and standardization of in-house military-grade radio kits to enhance compatibility and interoperability
• conduct field and laboratory testing to assess communication system performance in harsh and contested environments
• work closely with military personnel and defense contractors to ensure compliance with operational and regulatory standards
• travel to brigade HQs or training grounds within Ukraine

Вимоги

• 5+ years of experience as an Engineer, with at least 3 years in signal and connectivity (radio, antennas, boards, etc.)
• experience with radio, video streaming, and controls within 200 MHz - 5.4 GHz
• familiarity with communication systems currently in use in Ukraine
• expertise in signal encryption and anti-jamming techniques
• experience integrating diverse radio communication systems and developing standardized radio kits
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s is a plus), preferably in Electrical or Computer Science
• valid driver’s license and ability to travel to brigade HQs or training grounds within Ukraine
• strong spoken and written English skills
