Roving IT Officer oversee the day-to-day functions of the department. Make sure employees be equipped with new knowledge and skills to remain current, also, keep hardware/software up to date and meet the business requirements. Smooth delivery of the cloud services to end users by making sure a stable internet and network distribution, including Wi-Fi and cable

 

Обов'язки

Technical Support :

• develop and implement SOPs for IT support services
• create and execute a training plan for SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams
• serve as the primary contact between HQ and the mission for IT rollouts
• provide remote and on-site troubleshooting for IT issues
• assess and standardize hardware, software, and networks
• manage IT service outages and notify staff promptly
• ensure printers and MFPs are functioning and monitored

Networking / Internet Support: :

• standardize and optimize local networks, including installation and management of hardware/software
• monitor network performance, restrict non-business sites during work hours, and manage Wi-Fi access points
• oversee software/network security, bandwidth utilization, and troubleshoot connectivity issues
• maintain technical relationships with ISPs and other tech providers

Security/Backup Administration :

• ensure all PCs have licensed Windows 10 Pro and necessary software, connected to Project HOPE’s Azure AD
• backup user data to OneDrive or SharePoint and ensure antivirus is up-to-date
• perform additional duties as assigned by Project HOPE

Вимоги

• national degree in IT (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems); master’s in IT is a plus
• minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
• fluency in written and spoken English and Ukrainian
• extensive experience with Microsoft products (O365, Dynamics)
• knowledge of network configuration (firewalls, NAT, routers)
• understanding of IP protocol
• basic hardware maintenance skills (power supply, connectivity issues)
• networking certification desirable
