The leading manufacturer of control and measuring equipment, professional secure communication systems and radio monitoring. In connection with the expansion of the business, the team is looking for a talented Sales Engineer that will thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Обов'язки

  • responsibility for sales of our Product Portfolio by driving business development, identifying and creating new sales opportunities and customers; technical consulting and establishing / keeping close customer relationship
  • conduct sales operations in the specified markets and develop for the allocated customers
  • presentation and demonstration of our products and solutions in front of customers
  • calculation, preparation and follow-up of offers by analyzing customer needs; preparation of technical and commercial proposals to customers; preparation of technical recommendations, participation in negotiations and preparation of specifications for contracts
  • generating leads / opportunities and sales in close cooperation with our central market segment organization
  • development and maintenance of direct relations with customers (public and private), both distributors and end customers, with the focus on market segments not covered by distributors; work with distributors and direct sales (B2B, public and private customers)
  • sales leads development (that comes from our marketing activities); active new opportunities identification, qualification, and development
  • updating the CRM tool with relevant information (leads, visits, opportunities, etc.)
  • participation in development and ensuring implementation of agreed marketing activities; participation in exhibitions, seminars, conferences, etc

Вимоги

  • higher education degree in Radio Engineering/Electronics/Electrical Engineering
  • 3+ years of relevant working experience in technical sales, account management or business development for Test & Measurement
  • experience with developing customers in a territory; experience of technical selling in a B2B will be a significant advantage
  • use of reporting tools (CRM) for sales
  • English on Upper Intermediate level
  • passion for selling, an intense focus on customer support and an overwhelming desire to succeed
  • proactive attitude with excellent customer-facing skills, including verbal and written communications
  • strong listening and presentation skills
  • desire to build a career in technical sales
  • ability to work in a consultative capacity whilst providing technical and commercial solutions to customers
  • driver license category B with driving experience
  • readiness for frequent business trips in Ukraine and abroad
