The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new sales and achieving sales goals for the Business Process Outsourcing business unit at devabit. The ideal candidate must have BPO/KPO experience, with a proven track record of selling to enterprise technology companies, understanding their needs, particularly in selling BPO solutions.

building and executing a predictable pipeline of new business to generate repeatable and profitable revenues
executing go-to-market plans via targeted campaigns and various other sales channels
managing the opportunity from sales pursuit to close using deep sales process and offering expertise
effectively identifying and translating client needs into the company service offerings. Develop an understanding of customers’ business needs, matching them with the company capabilities, and developing winning proposals for the company.
developing relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at new and or existing clients to protect and grow the business.
bring an understanding of the BPO marketplace and competitor offerings to drive the company’s growth strategy

more than 4 years of previous work experience in a management or team lead position in BPO
excellent communication: written and oral and interpersonal skills
Upper-intermediate (B2) or Advanced level of English (C1)
strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
commercial awareness and excellent networking across the industry
strong Prospecting Skills
