• taking care of clients like a pro, making sure they're always smiling
• analyzing information to uncover valuable insights and opportunities
• making important decisions on your own and taking responsibility for the result
• asking the right questions to find the best solutions
• working closely with a wide team of coworkers and partners, including designers, copywriters, video directors, production specialists, media partners, etc.
• keeping things on track and handling multiple tasks within the company's network across Eastern Partnership countries, with projects mostly focused on Ukraine
• making communication materials shine online and offline
• keeping clients in the loop with regular updates and reports
• getting creative with PR plans and campaigns to make an impact in the market
• planning cool events and conferences based on what clients need
• being a rockstar in client meetings

Вимоги

• higher education in PR, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience in communications, including media relations and event organization
• bonus points if you have experience in the banking/financial industry
• master the art of sorting, prioritizing, and planning tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly
• fluent in both written and spoken English and Ukrainian
• strong copywriting skills to draft press releases and other comms materials effectively
• be a pro in MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• ability to attend offline client events in Kyiv and travel when required
