Обов'язки

• continue raising the profile of Tetra Tech vis-à-vis Ukraine restoration and recovery priorities
• coordinate meetings for Tetra Tech leadership and personnel who will arrange monthly trips to Kyiv
• initiate and, where appropriate, lead meetings with potential local partners, government representatives, civil society, media, donors, and development finance institutions, to support Tetra Tech business development activities across a range of sectors, including infrastructure, agriculture, energy, and governance
• identify potential projects for short, medium and long-term donor funding
• support Tetra Tech in positioning for and pursuing donor opportunities
• help source qualified technical Ukrainian staff for bids and projects
• represent Tetra Tech at industry gatherings, trade conferences and other functions
• coordinate business development activities and communications; and disseminate information across Tetra Tech
• conduct ongoing timely and up-to-date research and provide analysis on new contract opportunities, donor-funded activities, and Ukraine government priorities
• analyze the status of competitor firms in Ukraine and their activities

Вимоги

• at least a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, political science, law, economics, business, environmental sciences or similar
• 15+ years of progressively responsible experience working for an international company, international donor or with the Ukrainian government
• fluency in English and Ukrainian
• excellent organizational skills and ability to work on multiple assignments
• a strong record and demonstrable results from previous business development assignments
• experience in working in or with the Ukrainian national or municipal government, the media and/or with civil society will be an advantage
• international or bilateral donor-funded experience is preferred, but not required
• ability to tap into their network of professionals serving in Ukraine’s public sector, including the government and municipalities
• ability to identify high-quality Ukrainian staff (trainers, project managers, technical experts, logistics, translators)
• strong written and oral communication, reporting and client relationship skills
• proven discretion and confidentiality

• work in Kyiv with travel throughout Ukraine
