Strimco is a Ukrainian IT company focused on creating and implementing socially useful IT solutions in the public and commercial sectors. Strimco's expertise includes development management and business process analysis, audit and SDLC consulting, UX/UI design. As the Senior Communications and PR Manager, your role involves overseeing and implementing a detailed communications and PR plan. You will also work closely with various stakeholders to develop impactful communication initiatives, manage public relations, and advance Strimco’s values and mission.

Обов'язки

• developing and implementing communication strategies for Strimco, developing and implementing effective tools and mechanisms to promote the company’s activities
• build strong relationships with journalists and/or relevant influencers to reinforce the company’s value proposition and create external brand advocates
• manage work and deliverables for communications consultants and service vendors
• oversee the creation of company blog posts, videos, and other communication materials as needed
• plan, organize, and execute events related to the Strimco, such as conferences, workshops, etc.
• organize interviews and speeches of the company’s management and individual specialists
• develop and implement strategic communication plans and messaging for key announcements, initiatives and updates
• monitoring and alerting on media coverage of the company’s activities, as well as monitoring and analyzing relevant industry news

Вимоги

• bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing/PR, Communications, or a similar discipline
• proven expertise in spearheading and overseeing detailed strategic communication and marketing initiatives across diverse channels (including social media, digital marketing, and traditional media) to meet the goals of the organization;
• 3 years of advancing experience in crafting and implementing effective strategic communication plans, aimed at enhancing public awareness and engaging with civil society, ideally within the non-profit realm
• knowledgeable in social media, digital marketing, and conventional media landscapes
• excellent skills in communication and presentations
• proficient in managing finances, distributing resources, and assessing key performance metrics
• outstanding in organizational, strategic planning, and prioritizing competencies
• ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions
• fluent in Ukrainian and English, with top-notch abilities in speaking, writing, reporting, and other forms of communication
