Обов'язки

• participation in transaction services assignments, including financial due diligence
• provision of transaction support for local and international projects
• communication with clients and target companies
• information collection and financial analysis
• preparation of reports and presentation of findings
• support in engagement planning and management
• administrative support on ad-hoc basis
• coaching and supervision of junior staff

Вимоги

• degree from a leading Ukrainian or international university
• working experience in deal advisory, financial due diligence, audit or financial analysis for at least 2 years
• knowledge of IFRS and Ukrainian accounting standards
• ACCA or CPA passed papers will be a plus
• English at upper intermediate level
• proficiency in Excel
• teamwork skills
• strong communication skills
• analytical mindset
• non-standard approach to problem solving
• ability to work under pressure
• adaptability to changes
