Обов'язки

• define embedded systems architecture, tooling, and best practices across firmware, hardware integration, and production deployment
• recruit, mentor, and grow a high-performing embedded engineering team; establish engineering culture and development processes
• build battle-ready firmware: secure, hardened, field-deployable; architect containerized edge systems with robust versioning and seamless updates
• lead sensor stack integration (GPS, IMU, cameras, stepper motors); design thermal and power management for extreme environments
• implement DDS modules and SDR solutions for drone countermeasures; develop RF signature libraries for threat detection
• ensure 48+ hours of continuous operation without memory leaks; build comprehensive health tracking and remote recovery systems
• collaborate with leadership on the product roadmap; work with back-end, hardware, DevOps, and front-end teams

Вимоги

• 5+ years in embedded systems development with a proven track record of shipping production-grade, scalable solutions
• 2+ years in a technical leadership or senior IC role with mentorship responsibilities
• deep expertise in operating systems, electronics, and networking—strong theoretical foundation and practical application
• experience with containerization (Docker) in embedded environments
• expert understanding of security principles for edge devices and field-deployed systems
• high agency: ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and execute autonomously
• languages: Ukrainian (professional communication), English (upper-intermediate for technical discussions and documentation)
• production experience with ROS 2
• experience in defense tech, signals intelligence, or military-grade systems
• background in RF physics and signal processing
• participation in math/CS competitions or open-source contributions
